Return Policy

In addition to a vast multitude of products and services, we are pleased to offer our customers a comprehensive selection of e-business solutions. Using a comprehensive scope document, we conduct a thorough analysis of each project. This ensures that we have a thorough grasp of the task at hand and reduces the likelihood of a future dispute, reversal, or cancellation. To prevent system abuse, our cancellation and refund policies include a few restrictions.
One of our primary goals at Advon Server is to provide each client with the highest quality development services feasible. We are aware that there are a variety of situations in which you may need to cancel or request a refund. In this section of our return policy, we describe our policies and procedures for returns and cancellations.
With respect to Cancellation Policy
After 5 to 7 days of entering into a service agreement, customers can use the cancellation form on our website to request cancellation of a specific service.
Due to the limited availability of discounted services during specific holidays, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, and the Fourth of July, certain cancellation requests cannot be honoured. These holidays include Christmas, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July.
Once the fees have been paid, they are never refundable, even if the cancellation occurs within the first 48 hours. This is the case even if the cancellation occurs within the first 48 hours. If the subsequent payment is not received within seven business days of its due date, the service will be terminated.
