Because the processes involved in delivering each of our services are unique, our refund policies and procedures are also wholly unique. Requests for refunds on completed services will be denied due to the fact that diverse resources are required at various phases of a campaign. This includes all refund requests.

Under no circumstances are administrative and installation fees refundable. Regardless of whether the fees themselves are refunded, regulatory agency taxes will not be refunded in the event that payments are refunded.

If a client violates the terms and conditions of our service, we reserve the right to terminate their service immediately and without a refund. Therefore, standard return policies are not applicable to same-day delivery services. If a third party is responsible for a service interruption or delay, we will not issue refunds to affected customers. 

Once the client's transaction has been processed and approved, they can expect to receive their reimbursements five to seven business days after the initial payment.
